3/4 oz Peach Syrup

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

Garnish: Peony White Tea



  1. Combine all the ingredients into a shaker

  2. Shake without ice for 8 seconds

  3. Add ice

  4. Shake again for 5 seconds

  5. Double strain into a glass

  6. Garnish with Peony White Tea
